The 2016 Geneva Motor Show gave us a wild ride with an amazing collection of new production and concept cars revealed. The show offered a great mix of new cars, big news stories and general razzamatazz, which we covered in full.
The big reveals at this year's show included the Skoda VisionS concept, Vauxhall’s GT concept and the incredible Bugatti Chiron hypercar. Then we saw the Aston Martin DB11, Audi’s Q2, the Maserati Levante, Honda’s Civic concept, the new Renault Scenic and Volvo’s V90 estate. But that's just a fraction of the new cars that got their first airing at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show.

Abarth

Abarth has worked its performance car magic on the new Fiat 124 Spider, and the racy roadster has been unveiled for the first time in Geneva. It gets 168bhp from its 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol engine and racier looks. The Abarth 124 Spider is also set to take the the rally stages in anger with a rally-spec version also revealed at the show.
Alfa Romeo

- • Alfa Romeo product plans leave room for a new sports car
Alfa Romeo is showing the Giulietta hatchback facelift and we've also been given another look at the Giulia saloon with full details on the engine range as well as our first look at how the toned-down models shape up.
Alpina
• Alpina B7
Alpina has shown its storming new take on the BMW 7 Series. The new B7 gets the 4.4-litre twin-turbocharged V8 that's shared with the smaller B5 Bi-Turbo. It produces 591bhp and a whopping 800Nm of torque.
Apollo
Apollo Automobil pulled the covers of its storming new Arrow supercar at the Geneva Motor Show. Previously dubbed Gumpert, the German brand received financial support from a Chinese firm to build a 1,000bhp supercar.
Arash
British manufacturer Arash delivered more horsepower to the show in one car than most manufacturers will on their entire stand - the AF10 hybrid packs 2,080bhp from its supercharged V8 and electric motor combo. It might be a bit of a handful.
Aston Martin

After months of speculation and spy shots, the Aston Martin DB11 has finally been revealed at the Geneva Motor Show. The DB11 is Aston’s most significant model since the outgoing DB9 debuted in 2003. It’s the most powerful, most efficient and “most dynamically gifted” DB model in the company’s history, and will arrive in showrooms this year priced from £154,900.
Audi

The fourth member of Audi's 'Q' group has finally arrived: After numerous teasers the new Q2 has at last hit the stands at Geneva. It's aiming to punch above the Mercedes GLA and forthcoming BMW X2 and will go on sale in the second half of this year from around £22,000.
Audi is also showing the new RS Q3 Performance at the show, packing over 360bhp from its five-cylinder engine it's a crossover of real potency.
Bentley
The new Mulsanne has made its debut at Geneva, and for the first time a long-wheelbase version will be available, providing rear passengers with what Bentley says is 'the most relaxing automotive environment in the world'.
Bugatti
Bugatti modestly describes the new Chiron as the “world’s most powerful, fastest, most luxurious and most exclusive production super sports car”. It uses a redeveloped 8.0-litre, quad-turbo W16 engine to produce 1,479bhp and 1,600Nm of torque from as little as 2,000rpm. Amazing!
Chevrolet
Chevrolet has chosen the Geneva Motor Show to reveal a new version of the famed Corvette Grand Sport. First introduced as a racing package for the Corvette in the 1960s, later generations of the Grand Sport paired uprated suspension and improved handling with standard-tune engines.
Citroen

Citroen has revealed two variations on the SpaceTourer theme in Geneva. The first is a practical MPV that will take the place of the current Dispatch Combi, and the second is a much more over-the-top concept car named after a pop band.
DS
While Citroen offers up its new van-based MPVs, the recently separated PSA luxury brand, DS, has an all-electric GT car dubbed the E-Tense at Geneva. The 396bhp electric motor has 516Nm of torque and the interior has the flair you'd expect from a show-stopping concept.
Ferrari
The Ferrari FF is no more, with the GTC4Lusso taking over. It's a mid-life facelift for the car in all but name, so there's a power boost for the 6.3-litre V12 as well as a handful of cosmetic changes.
Fiat
We've already driven the not-for-UK Tipo saloon, but now Fiat has pulled the wraps off the hatchback and Estate versions of its newcomer in Geneva. The value-focused family model will land in British showrooms in September as a rival for the Skoda Rapid.
Ford

Ford has got a Vignale focus at the Geneva show, with three new models getting the brand's posh makeover. The Edge, Kuga and S-MAX Vignale all join the Mondeo in a newly plump-looking Vignale range.
The stand is also hosting the new Fiesta ST200 hot hatch. The much-loved Fiesta ST has finally got a power upgrade to 197bhp and promises big fun.
Honda
The Honda Civic concept previews the design of the new Civic hatchback and we're told the production car will look very similar to this when it arrives in the UK. The car's shape is similar to the stylish Civic Coupe we saw last year.
Hyundai
Hyundai has given a debut to the Ioniq, a rival for the Toyota Prius and the first car to be offered with fully electric, hybrid and plug-in hybrid powertrain options in the range. It's aerodynamic too, with a low drag coefficient, which means it will have more pure-electric range than the Nissan Leaf.
Infiniti
Infiniti unveiled the new QX30 crossover for the first time at the LA Motor Show, but the first time we've seen it in Europe was at the Geneva Motor Show. It's set to go on sale soon after. It was joined on the Infiniti stand by the Q60 saloon.
Italdesign
Italdesign, a long-standing design and engineering firm owned by the VW Group (and founded by Giorgetto Giugiaro), took a Lamborghini Huracan and completely reskinned it with a stylish shooting brake body. It was sculpted by ex-Lambo designer Filippo Perini and got plenty of attention at Geneva 2016.
Jaguar
Jaguar has officially lifted the lid on the new F-Type SVR at the show. Order books are open now for the 200mph+ super-coupe, with prices beginning at £110,000 for the hardtop coupe and £115,485 for the convertible.
Jeep
Jeep has revealed a series of 75th Anniversary special editions across the entire model line-up. The brand is showing four of the new 75th Anniversary-badged models alongside a trio of iconic historic Jeeps to help set the scene.
Also under the Geneva show spotlight will be the new Grand Cherokee SRT Night. It’s a special edition of the fastest Jeep ever with a satin-finish ‘stealth black’ treatment for the brightwork, and available in Black, Red, Silver and Granite paint.
Kahn Design
Kahn Design has revealed its Vengeance supercar at Geneva. It's based on an Aston Martin DB9, but adds bespoke bodywork to give it a striking new look, The limited-run model is expected to cost in the region of £250,000.
Kia
Hot on the heels of the announcement of a plug-in hybrid version for this coming summer, Kia’s Optima range has now grown even more, literally, with the arrival of an estate version wearing the SW or ‘Sportswagon’ badge.
Koenigsegg
Since the mind-blowing Koenigsegg Regera first appeared at Geneva 2015 in prototype form, the Swedish ‘megacar’ maker has been keeping busy. The monstrously powerful – and monstrously quick – hybrid reappeared at the 2016 show in final production trim.
Lamborghini
Lamborghini is celebrating 100 years since its founder's birth by launching the Centenario. Only 40 of the cars will be built and all have been sold for a price tag of £1.6million. It looks stunning.
Lexus
Lexus' LC Coupe went on show at the Detroit Motor Show, and the brand has unveiled the LC500h, which adds a hybrid powertrain. The flagship two-door comes with a newly developed 'Multi-Stage Hybrid System' pairing a 3.5-litre V6 engine to an electric motor.
McLaren
McLaren has revealed the third model in its new Sport Series range, the 570GT, at the Geneva Motor Show. Priced from £154,000, the GT is billed as the most usable and luxurious McLaren ever. It will sit alongside the more focused 540C and 570S Coupe.
Maserati
Maserati is continuing its charge into the mainstram following the Ghibli saloon with the Levante SUV. Despite being part of the FCA group, which includes Jeep, the company promises that this 4x4 will be 100 per cent Maserati.
Mercedes

The new Mercedes C-Class Cabriolet has been revealed in Geneva, with the soft-top joining the saloon, estate and coupe to complete the traditional C-Class line-up. It will go on sale in the summer, with prices expected to start from around £37,000.It borrows its sleek design from the C-Class Coupe, with a long rear deck aping the S-Class Cabriolet.
Mercedes also confirmed that the AMG E43 model will be part of the new E-Class range, a slightly less full-on alternative to the E63 variant.
Mitsubishi
Mitsubishi arrived at the Geneva Motor Show with two concept off-roaders aimed at 'urban adventurers'. Named 'GEOSEEK' both the ASX and L200 concept feature sleek roof boxes and orange detailing. We were also shown a facelifted version of the ASX and of the Mirage city car.
Morgan
British bespoke sports car maker Morgan revealed the all-electric EV3 at the show. The stunning 1930s ‘streamliner’ inspired pre-production version of its three-wheeler claims a zero-emissions range of 150 miles and a sub-9 second 0-60mph time, with a top speed expected to be around 90mph.
Nissan
Nissan is planning what it says is the future of the petrol station - a wireless charging port for its range of electric cars like the Leaf. We'll hear more at the Geneva show, including a demonstration of how it works - and crucially how long it takes to charge.
The brand is also joining the trend for driverless car tech. Bosses confirmed a semi-autonomous "Piloted Drive' Qashqai will launch next year as part of a model facelift. We were also treated to Premium Concept Nissan models for the first time, premium versions of the X-Trail and Qashqai along the lines of Ford's posh Vignale cars.
Pagani
Pagani has set its sights on the LaFerrari with this; a lighter, more powerful version of the Huayra revealed at the Geneva Motor Show. Called the BC after the Italian firm's first ever customer, it also gets unique bodywork and increased aero.
Peugeot
Subtle tweaks to Peugeot's popular 2008 crossover keep it fresh, and the brand hopes that this facelift will keep the car near the top of the supermini-SUV segment.
Peugeot has revealed its new Traveller MPV at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show. It will go on sale later on in the year, and joins the Citroen SpaceTourer which is based on the same platform. It's part of a trio of models that also includes the Toyota Proace, with all three sharing similar slab-sided styling and spacious interior dimensions.
Pininfarina
Pininfarina is back with a bang at this year's Geneva Motor Show with its new H2 Speed. The fuel cell model is said to be "halfway between a racing prototype and a production supercar".
Porsche
The updated Porsche 718 Boxster has already been revealed, and it's our first chance to see it in the metal at the show. Under the skin is a range of flat-four turbo engines - in an effort to reduce emissions and increase fuel economy. There's still more power than before, though.
Joining it on the Porsche stand is the 911 R, a hardcore road-going model based on the GT3 RS with a 4.0-litre 493bhp engine and a manual gearbox. It should keep the purists happy.
Renault
With the Kadjar crossover and the next-gen Megane on sale, attention is turning to the all-new Scenic MPV. It’s been unveiled at the show, and features a much more stylish, dynamic design than the old model. If an MPV still isn't for you, Renault has also lifted the lid on the new Megane Sport Tourer estate.
Rolls Royce
As if a regular Rolls-Royce wasn’t special enough, the British luxury carmaker announced two new ‘Black Badge’ limited editions of the Ghost saloon and Wraith coupe. The models get a power boost, plus black detailing and exotic cabin materials, and become permanent bespoke editions in the range.
SEAT
SEAT's first ever SUV has joined the brand's line-up, with company bosses saying it will help the brand 'take another leap forward'. The design is clearly based on other SEAT products like the Leon, and it sits on the same platform as the upcoming Volkswagen Tiguan.
Skoda
We've had teasers and official images of it, but now Skoda's 'Vision S' concept SUV has made its debut at the Geneva Motor Show. The six-seat model is expected to go on sale at the start of next year and be called the 'Kodiaq'.
Spyker
Spyker unveiled a new 200mph, Audi V8-engined supercar as a successor to its C8 Aileron. It’s called the Spyker C8 Preliator, and limited production is slated to start in the UK at the end of this year.
SsangYong
Along with a bigger version of the Tivoli, named the XLV, SsangYong has revealed a new 'mild hybrid' at the show. Called the SIV-2, it features a 1.5-litre direct injection turbo petrol engine with a 10kW electric motor.
Subaru
The next generation Subaru XV is still a couple of years out, but this Geneva show concept provides a pretty good indication of how it’s going to look.
Toyota
Toyota is showing the C-HR - a hybrid crossover which we'll see in the metal for the first time at the show. It looks look much like the previous concept, shown at last years Frankfurt Motor Show but this is the production version designed to tackle the Nissan Juke.
Also heading to show is the incredibly sensible Proace Verso MPV. It's based on the same platform as its sister 'vans - the Citroen SpaceTourer and Peugeot Traveller.
Vauxhall
Vauxhall has revealed a new concept coupe called the GT to debut at the Geneva show, with a production model to follow afterwards. The car will rival the Audi TT and feature a range of turbocharged petrol and diesel engines when it finds its way to the showroom.
Vauxhall will also be showing the new Mokka X, an updated version of the existing Mokka crossover.
Volkswagen

Volkswagen plans to expand into the growing coupe-SUV category with a new entry, called the T-Cross. Volkswagen says the new Polo-sized T-Cross will be very sporty, with an exciting design. It's being previewed in Geneva by the T-Cross Breeze, a convertible crossover concept.
The company is also finally bringing its experience with turbocharged engines to the baby of the range with the facelifted up!. Along with subtle visual tweaks, the up! will have the addition of a 1.0-litre TSI engine providing 89bhp. And a new luxury saloon aimed at the Chinese market called the Phideon is on the stand.
Volvo
We've already been impressed by the new S90, and Volvo is hoping the new V90 estate does the same now it's been revealed in Geneva. It gets the same front-end as the saloon, with a spacious tailgate on the back.
Volvo is also showing off a mid-life facelift for the V40 hatchback. Changes are minimal, but the 'Thor's Hammer' headlight arrangement from the XC90 and S90 features.
