Renault Captur gets range of updates for 2016
Renault's Captur crossover gains new 'Iconic Nav' special edition, new powertrain variant and extra kit
Renault has announced specification and customisation upgrades for the Captur range. The SUV gains a new special edition, a new powertrain variant and styling kit upgrades, and now starts from £14,575.
A new engine and gearbox combination is offered for Dynamique Nav level and above. Priced from £16,575, the 1.2 litre TCe 120 engine can now be had with a six-speed manual gearbox. It returns 51.4mpg, with CO2 emissions of 125g/km.
Buyers of Dynamique Nav and Dynamique S Nav can now spec the Flame Red Metallic body colour with a Diamond Black roof from £595. For a cost of £100, this can be complemented with a red interior touch pack, adding red detailing around the centre console, speakers and air vents.
A new special edition has also been announced. Priced from £19,175, the top of the range Iconic Nav edition receives Arctic White pearlescent paint with two-tone black detailing, plus a blue roof and mirro decals. 17-inch alloys, blue stitched leather upholstery and blue tinted chrome add-ons.
Standard kit for the Iconic nav includes Renault's Grip Xtend traction control, mud and snow tyres, the updated R-Link touchscreen infotainment system with sat-nav, and a reverse parking camera.
