This is the view from the rather tall Ford stand!

The Goodwood 2016 Ford stand promotes its ST, RS, Mustang and GT ranges. It also features a big soft inflatable pad, where people can jump into it from one of the higher levels.

"Let go of what you know" by jumping off this plinth attached to the side of the Ford stand...

Ford's stand had two impressive LEGO® models - one of its LeMans racing GT...

...and another of the legendary GT40 from the 60's.

The new GT also made an appearance on Ford's stand, seen here.

The Thursday weather wasn't enough to dampen the spirits of visitors!

The Alfa Romeo stand at Goodwood 2016 catches a lot of attention, as it celebrates the UK debut of the Giulia.

MINI's 2016 Goodwood stand features a wide choice of its cars, including the new JCW convertible and Clubman.

The Mazda stand has a lot to shout about, as it's all about "Raising the Roof".

Mazda's new MX-5 RF is the centrepiece of its Goodwood 2016 stand.

The new MX-5 Icon also debuts at the brand's Goodwood 2016 stand.

Chevrolet has wheeled out a number of Corvettes at its 2016 stand.

The new Lexus stand primarily showed off its RC coupe and the F series of high-performance cars. It's also the first time Lexus has ever had its own stand at Goodwood.

At the motorsport paddock, you can spot a whole host of hero cars - just like this Metro rally car!

There's a mix of old and new motorsport cars, so this VW WRC car sat only two spots away from a 205 T16.

In a different section of the event, the Cartier "Style et Luxe" area celebrates the classiest of high-performance sports cars over the years.

One of the areas you cannot miss is the Supercar Paddock. This is where you can see all of the latest performance and sports cars.

The Bugatti Chiron is just outside the Supercar Paddock - and manages to steal a lot of envious stares.

Ferrari had an entire row in the Supercar Paddock, which ranged from its latest supercars...

...to cars like the mental FXX K and the 599XX.

Koenigsegg's crazy One:1 hypercar - that's one metric horsepower per kg!

One of Singer's creations sat alongside Porsche and Audi. This one comes with the classic Fuchs wheels.

Jag's macho F-Type SVR mingles with McLarens and Porsches.

This special edition Mclaren P1 GTR features a livery inspired by James Hunt's racing helmet.

James Hunt won the F1 world championship 40 years ago in 1976 in this McLaren-Cosworth M23, following a fierce battle with Niki Lauda.

Roll out the red carpet at the Drivers' Club, where Keanu Reeves was spotted hanging out!

There was no shortage of stunners in the supercar car park, exclusively for Goodwood guests to park their pride and joy.
