Not even Osram’s engineers could fully explain the stellar showing of the firm’s plus 30 per cent Super bulbs, which came close to beating more powerful stablemate Silverstar. The performance in the tunnel was impressive, giving a smooth spread of light backed up by a filament result that was only topped by the up to 100 per cent bulbs.
