Road Trip
Best buy
You pay for simplicity, as Road Trip is no longer cheaper than its US rival Gas Cubby. However, it does have a useful summary on the opening page, and you can assign a picture to each car you’re testing. As with Gas Cubby, you can view the graphs in landscape mode, and inputting the data is simple – it’s all done on one page. It can monitor servicing and expenses, and there aren’t any US phrases, so it’s our choice of the paid-for MPG calculators.
