Laser 4411

Laser 4411
Overall Auto Express rating

4.0

Best price: £19.98Pressure increase: 3psi  Single barrel? NoContact: www.lasertools.co.uk

The Laser is a well engineered foot pump with a longer than average hose, sturdy construction, the most precise gauge here and solid pumping performance. But Michelin’s 12202 is better overall, despite costing practically the same money. The Michelin’s gauge is an acceptable 0.5psi out, but it’s much easier to read than the Laser’s, which has an overly cluttered Bar scale. We also much prefer the rival’s screw-on valve couplings to the plastic flip-type fitted here. At 180mm across, the 4411 is really quite bulky, too, while a final gripe is that there’s nowhere on the frame to store accessories.
