Great when it was working, but like the HD Voice, the TOUR was let down by hit-and-miss voice integration. Voice commands can be made using built-in software or a phone’s voice control, like Siri, although it’s tricky to switch when driving. And Jabra’s voice control can’t always understand prompts and talked over our commands.
