If there was little difference between our top two, it was even closer between this Halfords pair, with the 90 per cent Extreme just pipping the 120 per cent Ultra. Consistency was key to the Extreme’s success as both bulbs were evenly matched, with a white hotspot well positioned on the road. Now £19.99 a pair under Halfords’ buy-one-get-one-free offer.
