Promising debut for the new range of cigar lighter adaptors from Energizer, and this is our favourite. It offers an extra 12V socket over our winner and the fit was snug. There’s a one-metre lead and the power lights are muted, making them good for night driving. Plus, there are 1-Amp and 2.1-Amp USB ports, although both could power our iPhone and iPad and at the same time.
