Compact HDR-AZ1 camera looks pretty basic, but several accessories are included in the pack, such as a separate screen for set-up and watching videos. This means you only need to take the kit you need.

The bundled mounting options for attaching it to a car were limited, but it will work with standard GoPro-style connectors. It also comes with GPS, for tracking footage on or off-road.
