Confused

Confused
Overall Auto Express rating

4.0

Website: www.confused.com

The biggest plus point of Confused in our last test was its rock-bottom prices, but it’s now just on par with rivals, rather than beating them. It’s still a good site, though, with a user-friendly interface. It just took slightly longer than others to complete the data and the questions were a little bit muddled as you went through the process. Loading times for search results were longer than most, too. Positives were the nice cover summary provided on the results page, while there was a clear excess breakdown and an ability to change it at will to find cover that suits.
