Audi Q3 2017 range updates and Black Edition revealed
Audi's small SUV gets range revamp with extra kit and minor exterior upgrades, plus a stylish new Black Edition
The Audi Q3 SUV has been subject to a swathe of range updates to keep it fresh among Audi's other SUV offerings like the Q2 and Q5. The range has been restructured with extra standard kit, while there's exterior tweaks and a new special edition.
The star attraction is a new flagship Black Edition trim, replacing S Line Plus in the range. It adds to that top-spec variant with standard metallic paint, privacy glass and a Bose sound system upgrade. There's also piano black cabin inserts, while outside you'll find black finishes for the roof rails, tailpipe, grille and rear spoiler. 19-inch alloy wheels complete the sportier look.
The Q3's range structure elsewhere has changed from the current system, with prices increasing by £450 and the range now starting from £26,600. Entry-level SE now becomes Sport, adding in SD navigation as standard, and featuring larger front air vents and a new body-coloured front diffuser.
S Line Navigation models become S Line Edition, with cruise control and the Audi Parking System Plus thrown in as standard. This model also gets a new-look front end design, with a full-width horizontal grille strut, tweaked air inlet surrounds and a gloss black single-frame grille.
The existing engine range is unchanged, with two petrol and two diesel engines available, while the RS Q3 remains unchanged. The updated Q3 is available to order from October 11th.
