New Bentley Bentayga Outdoor Pursuits collection launched

Bentley’s Mulliner coachbuilding division creates three lifestyle specifications for Bentayga SUV

Bentley’s bespoke Mulliner coachbuilding division has introduced a three-strong collection of Bentayga variants, designed to appeal to lovers of typical British outdoor pastimes.

Just 11 examples of the Bentayga ‘Outdoor Pursuits’ collection will be produced, having been curated by the Crewe brand’s in-house division with a number of unique style features designed to appeal to anglers, horse riders and dog walkers.

Externally, there are three colour choices for the Outdoor Pursuits models: Havana (a purple/brown hue), Cumbrian Green and Magnetic (grey). The SUV’s 22in 10-spoke alloys will be matched to the choice of paintwork before being diamond-turned and polished.

However, the bulk of the enhancements are found inside. Each bespoke Bentayga gets a ‘woodland embroidery scene’ hand-stitched to the seat backs, plus a unique chrome overlay on the passenger-side dash fascia. These include a jumping horse motif, a fly-fishing scene and British foxhounds, but customers can choose from numerous other overlays.

New finishes also feature, including a woven wool finish on the door cards, seat back pockets, grab handles and instrument panel, while Sand Herringbone Tweed has been used for various surfaces. Special wood veneers also feature, while a bespoke, leather-bound Hunter Flask has been commissioned as an accessory.

No prices are listed for the three Mulliner-commissioned Outdoor Pursuits editions, because each example will be bespoke to the customer.
