With the petrol engine driving the front wheels and the electric motor driving the rear, this 2 Series Active Tourer is all-wheel-drive.

The combined 217bhp makes the eDrive Active Tourer fairly fast.
The lithium-ion battery can be charged from a mains socket in two to three hours.

The 2 Series Active Tourer can travel up to 24 miles on electric power alone, with a 70mph maximum speed.
