MINI Seven special edition harks back to the days of Austin
New MINI special edition celebrates original Austin Seven from 1959, priced from £18,545
This is the new MINI Seven, a special edition model that pays tribute to the very first Mini, the 1959 Austin Seven.
The Seven gets unique styling inside and out, while MINI says the model has been introduced to showcase the distinctive style of both the original and current version of the iconic model.
It's available in four exclusive colours: Lapisluxury Blue, Pepper White, Midnight Black and British Racing Green. As standard, each model comes with contrasting silver roof and door mirrors, with 17-inch two-tone alloys wheels also fitted. MINI offers buyers the option to add silver bonnet stripes, too.
Inside, fabric and leather seats with a diamond matt brown finish have been fitted, along with a MINI Seven logo on the central instrument cluster. A 6.5-inch display with Bluetooth and automatic dual-zone air con are standard features.
As ever, a whole host of optional extras are available. A Seven Chili pack adds a full leather interior and steering wheel, along with LED headlights and cruise control. A panoramic roof, heated seats, sat-nav and a Harmon Kardon sound system are also available.
The MINI Seven will debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in June. Available to order now, prices start from £18,545 and rise to £19,145 for five-door model.
