Lincoln MKZ debuts
Lincoln MKZ is a Mondeo-sized model from Ford's luxury brand in America
Lincoln introduced the new MKZ at the New York Motor Show, and the company is promising a more luxurious car with top-notch customer service, too.
It's part of the Lincoln brand's rebirth that will see customers treated like royalty, including a 24/7 online concierge service to help you choose and build your car, and smooth the transition from Internet to dealer. There's even a 48-hour test drive that includes dinner for two.
The car itself will reportedly be refined and comfortable thanks to an Active Noise Control system and Lincoln Drive Control, which allows drivers to tweak the chassis, engine and steering.
The new MKZ also becomes the first Lincoln to have a four-cylinder engine in the range – a 2.0-litre EcoBoost engine with 240bhp. A hybrid model using the same EcoBoost engine is also available. There's also a 3.0-litre V6 with 300bhp.
Other stand-out features are the 15.2-square foott retractable sunroof and the MyLincoln Touch system multimedia system.
