The Porsche Boxster Spyder is the most powerful Boxster ever.
It's powered by a 3.8-litre flat-six engine from the larger 911 - putting out 370bhp.

The front and rear end design mirror that of the Cayman GT4.
Inside, the Boxster Spyder has carbon-fibre seats from the 918 Spyder hybrid hypercar.

The Boxster Spyder will sprint from 0-62mph in 4.5 seconds and will go onto a speed of 180mph.
It rides lower than the standard car by 20mm.

The Boxster Spyder comes exclusively with a six-speed manual gearbox. PDK automatic isn't available.
Buttresses behind the seats are unique to the Spyder.

The Spyder retains the hand-operated folding fabric roof from the previous model.
To keep weight to a minimum, air-con and radio have been removed. They are available to spec as an optional extra, though.
