SEAT Toledo prices

Prices have been announced for the new SEAT Toledo, ahead of first deliveries in December

SEAT has confirmed prices and specs for its all-new Toledo, as the order books open in the UK.

The Toledo starts from £12,495 - £495 less than the cheapest Skoda Rapid - and rises to £17,840 for the range-topping 1.6 TDI Ecomotive in SE trim.

The engine options include a 1.2-litre TSI and 1.6-litre TDI with Ecomotive Technology. This means they come with stop-start and an energy recovery system, for average fuel economy of 70.6mpg and emissions of 106g/km for the 1.6 TDI.

Base-spec E models have to make do with steel wheels and black door handles and mirrors, while S adds air-con, voice-activated Bluetooth, electric heated mirrors, a rear windscreen wiper and split-folding rear seats.

Range-topping SE models get 16-inch alloys, front fog lights, climate control, cruise control, a refrigerated glovebox, all-round electric windows and a leather steering wheel and gear knob.

Standard safety kit includes ESP, as well as driver, passenger, side and curtain airbags. The options list includes larger alloys, parking sensors, DAB and a touchscreen sat-nav.

First deliveries of the new SEAT Toledo will be made on 1 December. Full prices are as follows:
