Subaru Outback gains Black & Ivory special edition model
Exclusive version of Subaru's jacked-up Outback estate to go on sale later this year
Subaru will roll out a new special edition Outback in the UK this September, which will be limited to just 50 units.
Dubbed the Outback Black & Ivory, buyers will get a unique exterior colour and interior leather trim combination, plus plenty of standard equipment.

The Outback Black & Ivory gets a new black paint finish known as Crystal Black Silica, which is mated to full LED headlights and 18-inch alloy wheels. In contrast, the cabin is finished in white-like ivory leather with black highlights on the dashboard.
In terms of equipment, the Outback Black & Ivory is kitted out with Subaru’s EyeSight collision avoidance system – the two cameras positioned at the top of the windscreen enable features like automatic emergency braking.
Elsewhere, the car boasts heated front seats, a power tailgate, a rear view camera, plus Subaru’s Starlink infotainment system complete with satellite navigation. The Outback’s off-road credentials are boosted by selectable driving modes and hill descent control.
While the Outback’s standard line-up is three cars strong, the Black & Ivory specification will be offered on two versions – and it's the entry-level 2.0-litre diesel manual that misses the cut. Prices begin at £33,545 for the 2.5i petrol with a Lineartonic CVT gearbox, while the 2.0-litre diesel is also available with the CVT transmission from £35,545.
