Mont Blanc Camper 555

Thanks to its bulky design, the Mont Blanc was able to swallow up all but our smallest suitcase. However, the 33cm maximum opening made feeding our largest case into the box rather tricky. Build quality is generally impressive; only the Kamei products are better in this respect. And despite its size, the Camper 55 is relatively straightforward to fit. Odd, hook-shaped U-bolts can be threaded around the roof bars from above, so one-man fitting is possible - as long as you've got some patience.
