Get down and dirty in Rage buggies on a special track at the British GP’s home. Forget gentle off-roading – this mud-fest is all about jumps and powerslides. You have two 10-minute sessions in the buggies on a circuit with banked turns, jumps and sand traps. You don’t even need a driving licence, and anyone over the age of 13 can take part.

How big do you want to go? This site has a choice of ways to climb into the cab of a US-style monster truck. After practising a series of manoeuvres, most sessions end with car crushing. This thrill lasts about an hour, while others allow you to build up your experience in a series of smaller machines before stepping up into a big-wheeled monster.
