Sturdier than the other Maplin unit, this Sovos-branded TV has a smaller screen, yet allows you to record to USB. There are no headphones, and because it’s hand-held with a flip-stand, you’ll need to balance it on the dash to use the remote. Even though it has the same menus as the A01JQ, we preferred the smaller model’s controls. But it’s still no rival to the Meos.
