Recommended: With its chunky handles, this Pro-Torq set from Kennedy is a less expensive alternative to our winner. There’s no case and the squared-off handles aren’t quite as comfortable to hold, but it scored well in our cutting tests, especially the tricky paper and tie wrap. The tools are quite small so more effort was required on the hanger, but they resisted marking well.
