There wasn’t much between this and the similar Sealey. The Homebase-sourced Powerbase just gets the nod as it fared better in the wire brushing test with its higher 1,100rpm maximum, although both slowed under pressure. It had the edge in the stamina tests. A good choice if the Clarke is too pricey.
