You get a choice of disciplines, and upgrades are easily unlocked as you progress through the career mode from Rookie to Pro level. You can even race in the Colin McRae memorial run, in cars like a Ford Escort MkII or Group B Austin-Rover Metro 6R4! Better still, it’s now part of the £20 platinum range, so it’s cheaper than many of the other games in this test.
