AS a chain wrench, this Clarke shares the attributes of the Sealey. The main plus point is that if you persevere and build up a decent amount of leverage, the chain does eventually bite into the filter and shift it, regardless of how oily or greasy it is. But it’s a fiddly process, and there’s a 150mm-long lever to accommodate.
